Before writing any type of written piece, I always outline the basic structure of my future work. This way I can be 100% sure that my writing will go in the right direction and my thoughts will not mix up together. After the piece is done I reread it the whole thing again as if I was the reader. This way I can understand if the work is written in the way that would be interesting to the potential reader and if he/she can understand what I was trying to convey. Also in the revision I try to find the weak parts, such as weak points, that don’t really support my main claim, or any irrelevant information. Also if the way of my writing changes in my work and doesn’t match the tone I chose in the beginning, I paraphrase it again so that the writing would be done in one style.
